Return, Refund, and Warranty Policy

  1. Refund and Returns Policy

1.1 No Change of Mind Returns

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. All sales are final once a purchase is completed.

1.2 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item (carton/packaging excluded) is damaged upon arrival.

For fairness for supplier, seller, buyer and courier you must make a video of opening the product to identify any damage .

  • The item received is incorrect (does not match the order placed).
  • The return request is made within 7 of delivery.
  • The item is unused, undamaged (excluding found at opening of the box), and is with its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is provided.

1.3 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind purchases.
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items returned without original packaging and proof of purchase.

1.4 Return Process

If your item arrives damaged and have video accidence, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at sales@wazalis.com.au  within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide a clear description of the damage along with video and photographic evidence.
  • We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Claims submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for resolution
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement.

1.5 Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

  1. Warranty Policy

2.1 Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a 12 months  warranty against manufacturing defects.

Note:  The ceramic products dimensions may vary from size guidelines due to the handmade manufacturing process and material properties.

2.2 Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or alterations.
  • Normal wear and tear, discoloration, or surface scratches.
  • Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
  • Issues arising from water pressure, plumbing, or external factors beyond our control.

2.3 Warranty Claim Process

  • To file a warranty claim, contact us at sales@wazalis.com.au with a description of the issue, proof of purchase, and photographic evidence.
  • We will review your claim and determine whether it falls under warranty coverage.
  • If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2.4 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
