  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, additional charges may apply.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt if they are defective or incorrect.
  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees for returns is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  1. Warranty
  • Our products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product details for specific warranty terms.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, modifications, or general wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect.
  • If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
